Egyptian President Abdul Fattah El-Sisi, while addressing a ceremony, said: “I sincerely respect President Trump’s stance regarding his genuine desire to pursue dialogue and end the war during the current phase, and I extend my best wishes to him. He is working very hard.”
He said: “The information I have received is very encouraging. I want to announce to the Egyptian people, the region, and even the whole world, that we are all moving forward with President Trump’s determination, his clear message, and strong mandate to end the war through this phase of negotiations.”
He added: “I extend my good wishes to all parties involved in this agreement, and I hope we will take full advantage of this good and appropriate opportunity to end the war.”
From Cairo, once again, I send this message to President Trump: We are with you, and we will continue our support. We will keep advancing this sincere desire to end the war. I appreciate all your efforts in this regard.”
President El-Sisi concluded by saying: “It would be a great honor if, once an agreement is reached, the honorable President Trump would grace us with his presence in the Arab Republic of Egypt for the signing ceremony of this agreement.”
