After repeatedly encountering such fraudulent activity, she finally felt compelled to issue a strong public warning through a detailed video message shared on her official Instagram account, urging followers and the general public to remain alert and not fall victim to these scams.
The issue came to the forefront when Bushra Ansari posted a video on Instagram in which she openly addressed the problem that has been causing her continuous distress. In the video, she explained that several individuals are shamelessly operating fake social media profiles using her name, images, and public identity, and are presenting themselves as if they were her or officially associated with her. Through these accounts, they are asking people for money under various false and emotionally manipulative pretexts. Along with the video, she added a clear and firm caption stating that beggars on social media are now using fake accounts in her name, and that people should strictly avoid following or trusting them.
Throughout the video message, Bushra Ansari’s tone reflected both anger and disappointment. She strongly condemned those fake profiles that steal her photographs from Instagram and then use them to beg for money. According to her, some of these accounts claim that Thursday is a religiously significant day for helping the poor, while others falsely assert that they are collecting funds to support widows or underprivileged families. A few even go as far as pretending to establish charitable organizations or non-governmental organizations, all in an attempt to exploit people’s goodwill and religious sentiments.
Expressing her outrage, Bushra Ansari remarked that there is no shortage of shameless individuals in this world who do not hesitate to misuse someone else’s name, reputation, and personal images for financial gain. She made it clear that such behavior not only misleads innocent people but also damages her credibility and creates unnecessary confusion among her fans and followers, many of whom trust her deeply.
During the same video, she highlighted a newly discovered fake account that had recently surfaced using one of her latest photographs. In that image, she could be seen wearing a bindi on her forehead, a picture she had shared only a short time earlier. She explained that it was shocking to see how quickly someone had taken that image and created another fraudulent profile with it. She warned viewers not to be deceived by such tricks and emphasized that she had already raised her voice about this issue on multiple occasions in the past.
Bushra Ansari reminded people that this was not the first time she had addressed the matter publicly. She recalled how she had previously released videos clearly instructing people not to follow any accounts claiming to be her apart from her verified ones. Despite these repeated warnings, the problem continues to resurface. She expressed her disbelief at how these individuals manage to obtain her personal photographs from social media platforms and then misuse them without any fear or shame, solely for the purpose of extracting money from unsuspecting users.

Clarifying her own stance, Bushra Ansari stated very firmly that she does not seek financial help from anyone and never has. She explained that if she ever chooses to help someone in need, she does so quietly and privately, without publicizing it or using social media as a platform to announce it. She stressed that throughout her life, she has never taken loans or asked for money from the public, and therefore any request for funds made in her name should immediately be recognized as fraudulent.
To eliminate any confusion and to protect people from further deception, Bushra Ansari also took the step of publicly sharing details of her authentic social media accounts. She informed viewers that her only official Instagram account is under the username “ansari.bushra.” Additionally, she mentioned that she has a Facebook account named “Bushra Bashir,” and another Facebook profile where she appears in her well-known character Saima Chaudhry, seated on a horse carriage. She clarified that any other accounts using her name, photos, or claiming to represent her should be treated as fake.
In her message, Bushra Ansari made a heartfelt appeal to the public to remain cautious on social media and not to let emotions override common sense, especially when money is involved. She advised people to always verify the authenticity of any appeal for donations, particularly when it is linked to a celebrity’s name. According to her, scammers thrive because people act impulsively without checking facts, and a little awareness can go a long way in stopping such fraud.
