Manama: Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan arrived in the Bahraini capital Manama on Tuesday to chair the meeting of the Executive Committee of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council, underscoring the deepening strategic partnership between the two Gulf neighbors.
Upon his arrival at Bahrain International Airport, Prince Faisal was received by Bahraini Minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullatif Al-Zayani and Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairy, along with senior officials from both countries.
The meeting of the Executive Committee aims to enhance bilateral cooperation across political, economic, security, and cultural domains, in line with the shared vision of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa to further strengthen Saudi-Bahraini ties.
Discussions are expected to focus on regional developments, joint economic initiatives, and integration efforts under the GCC framework, with a particular emphasis on advancing investment, energy, and digital transformation projects.
The Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council continues to play a vital role in harmonizing policies and expanding collaboration between Riyadh and Manama, reflecting the two nations’ commitment to stability, prosperity, and unity in the Gulf region.
