Speaking at the America Business Forum in Miami, the Saudi envoy described the evolving ties as a model of modern diplomacy and economic cooperation, asserting that Saudi Arabia has become the gateway for investors seeking access to the broader Middle East.

Princess Reema highlighted the Kingdom’s expanding diplomatic and strategic role, saying that Riyadh and Washington now cooperate across a wide spectrum of global issues from conflict resolution and humanitarian aid to clean energy and digital transformation.
She emphasized that Saudi Arabia’s partnership with the United States now transcends traditional alliances, reflecting a mutual commitment to innovation, sustainability, and global peace. We are very, very proud to be in lockstep with the United States in foreign policy, she said.
Whether it is supporting peace in Syria, advocating for a two-state solution in Palestine, or helping to end the war in Sudan nobody can do it without the United States.
The ambassador also revealed that Saudi Arabia had supported the White House’s diplomatic efforts on Russia and Ukraine, noting that Riyadh’s foreign policy continues to align with Washington’s priorities on global stability and security.
In a heartfelt reflection on her experiences as the Kingdom’s top diplomat in Washington, Princess Reema praised the diversity and vitality of the United States, calling it a gift to the world.
I’m not sure many Americans understand the blessings they have and the beauty of this country, she said. This country is a gift, and with the resources you have your most amazing gift is your human capital, and that’s how we feel about our country.
Her remarks drew warm applause from an audience of business leaders, policymakers, and investors attending the high-profile forum, where discussions focused on expanding trade and innovation partnerships between the US, the Middle East, and Latin America.
Looking ahead, Princess Reema said Saudi Arabia envisions itself as an extension of the US economic and technological ecosystem, working collaboratively rather than competitively.

For international investors, she said, Saudi Arabia offers unmatched advantages, including low-cost land, affordable energy, and a young, skilled workforce ready to engage in global markets.
Princess Reema also highlighted Miami’s growing significance as a hub for business and cross-regional engagement, describing it as a gateway to Latin America and a natural partner for Middle Eastern economies.
